Returns
How Returns Work
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We review each request individually and will work with you to find a fair resolution.

Eligibility and Exceptions
Because our products are personal care items, opened or used body balms and pomades may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
To request a return, please email us with your order details, a short description of the issue, and photos if the item was damaged in transit. Approved returns must be sent back in their original packaging when possible.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for approved returns. Please allow a reasonable processing time after we receive and inspect the item.
